2022 Graduation Ceremony Information for Participants

Monroeville Campus:

  • Rehearsal will be Friday, May 6th at 11:00am in the Nettles Auditorium.
  • The Ceremony will be Thursday, May 12th at 11:00am in the Nettles Auditorium. Graduates should arrive by 10:00am and report to the Science Building (B) for check-in and line-up.
  • Guests are NOT required to have a ticket. Masks are optional.

Brewton Campus:

  • Rehearsal will be Friday, May 6th at 9:00am in the Woodfin Patterson Auditorium.
  • The Ceremony will be Thursday, May 12th at 3:00pm in the Woodfin Patterson Auditorium. Graduates should arrive by 2:00pm and report to the Neal Colonial Center Auditorium for check-in and line-up.
  • Guests are NOT required to have a ticket. Masks are optional.

Bay Minette Campus:

  • Rehearsal will be Tuesday, May 10th at 3:00pm in the Performing Arts Center.
  • Two Ceremonies will be held--both on Friday, May 13th. The first ceremony will be at 1:00pm and the second ceremony will be at 4:00pm. Participants for this campus MUST use the Bay Minette Campus RSVP link below to choose their time by May 2nd.
  • For the 1:00pm ceremony, graduates should arrive by 12:00pm and report to the gym for check-in and line-up.
  • For the 4:00pm ceremony, graduates should arrive by 3:00pm and report to the gym for check-in and line-up.
  • Guests MUST have a ticket to enter. Tickets will be given out at rehearsal. Each graduate will receive two tickets. Masks are optional.
  • Graduates who are unable to attend rehearsal may pick up their tickets after May 10th in the Registrar’s Office located in Memorial Hall on the Bay Minette campus.

Bay Minette participants MUST click on the link below to choose either the 1:00pm ceremony or the 4:00pm ceremony. The deadline to choose your time is Monday, May 2nd.

Be sure to mark your calendar for your specific rehearsal and ceremony date and time. Each rehearsal and ceremony will begin promptly at the designated time, so please be on time. Participation can not be guaranteed if you arrive late.

Students are responsible for ordering their own graduation regalia.  Cap and gowns must be ordered through the Coastal Alabama Bookstore by May 2nd.  For more information on how to order, please contact the Bookstore directly at 251-580-2211. Graduates should report to their ceremony properly dressed with all regalia (cap, gown, tassel). Extras will NOT be available.
